I'm pretty religious about getting to the gym. Once there, I'm a loner in many respects. I meet nice people there, but I dont go for social reasons. And I don't look at the clock if I can help it.

I hated weightlifting before, but I realized that the body is really an amazing tool. Your whole daily life is based on what your body can do. You have to pay attention to your mind, body & spirit. People get out of balance when they put too much emphasis on the physical.

For me working out is not about getting big. Its about keeping muscle tones, keeping the waist trim, I watch which body parts Im not happy with & concentrate on them. Now how many people are happy when they look in the mirror every day. If u can be happy w/ how u look, you feel better. Youre the only one who can do anything about it. And once you have a great body, its something that is totally yours- Nobody can take it away from you.

My advice to everyone:Make sure you get enough sleep, & sleep well. Your body doesnt lie. It tells you when youre tired. And when youre lifting weights, you have to give your body time to heal.

About me:
Im a guy, who is take things as they come. I'm one of those people who try to see the positive side of things, I say what I feel, & do what I feel...at all times. I'm honest, spiritual & direct, good natured professional man, funny at times, easy going, frank, passionate, emotional, courteous, sensitive. I am a very down to earth guy that cares about people & treat everybody in the same way I would like to be treated: with respect.

Love music & piano; photography; enjoy movies, sports, badminton, TV, karatedo, clubs at times & the gym (when I actually go).
